Most dungeons feature one or more minibosses and/or one or more minor relic; those relics are not part of base Skyrim and some have unique enchantments (none too powerfull though)
All dungeons are active for radiant quests except the following:
West of Dragon Bridge stands Aldnzark Vault, a forgotten Dwemer tower now occupied by Hulgaar and his bandits. Drawn by the promise of rare geode minerals, their mining efforts are stalled by relentless Dwemer automatons. Unbeknownst to them, a powerful relic lies hidden deep within, fiercely protected by its ancient guardians.

Thousands of years ago there was this powerful dunmer warrior named Alathorn, a member of the dragonguard who built a Sanctuary West of Windhelm but somehow disappeared along with the abandonment of the tower. Until recently an unusual activity had been occurring in that particular place and the Vigilant of Stendarr went to investigate. Rumor has it that a group of vampires has been seen occupying that tower.

A small group of Daedric worshippers has taken refuge in an old abandoned imperial prison tower just North of Karthwasten and they intend to make human sacrifices to awake a powerful necromancer. You must head to the tower and stop their evil plan.

A long-forgotten Dwemer ruin located west of the Shrine of Peryite. Now occupied by bandits, the ancient halls hide a long-buried secret, sealed behind a chamber guarded by a powerful sentinel. Only the brave will uncover what lies within.

Located northeast of Winterhold, a secluded sanctuary veiled in mystery. For generations, it has been safeguarded by the enigmatic order of the Mythic Dawn. However, recent disturbances have stirred the tranquility of this ancient place.

A dilapidated house that lies on the southeast of Dragon Bridge where a group of necromancers has settled in this place hidden beneath an underground cavern determined to unlock the dark secret it holds. A cave is beneath a trapdoor
Nulazar may not emerge from its coffin; this doesn’t prevent you from finishing the quest and looting the staff

A new quest awaits you northwest of Narzurbul on the Eastmarch hold. Find Drift Rock Cave and gain entrance into the dwemer ruin through the cave will enter a groove where the dwemer ruin is. There you will encounter a group of bandits that made camp waiting for their other companion to arrive before heading in to retrieve a powerful relic weapon hidden inside the ruin.

An old Nordic ruin that lies far south of Dragonbridge. This dungeon is filled with poisonous gases and no one has been able to venture into its depths. Until recently the poisonous gases somehow receded and a small group of Forsworn has managed to enter the dungeon determined to find the hidden relic beneath the catacombs.

A thousand years ago there was a great battle on the land of Vominheim. Prince Valdgar and his men stormed the Temple of Ingimund to destroy a powerful necromancer named Vuldur who had built an army and plans to invade and destroy Skyrim. Though they succeeded in defeating Vuldur they were also decimated by the minions of Molag Bal. This ruin lies southeast of Whiterun just east of Fort Neugrad and is believed to be the resting place of the bear prince Valdgar.

Far south of Rorikstead lies a Nordic ruin where a powerful twin brother who wields the power of necromantic arts lies buried for more than a thousand years. Venture into the depths of those forbidden catacombs and claim their power.

Southwest of Winterhold lies a dwemer ruin overrun by bandits. A powerful relic is buried beneath this dungeon, however, the bandits are unable to retrieve it due to the poisonous gas that has engulfed the hallways.

Head to Solstheim just north of Earth Stone there you will find a dead person. Loot and read his journal and your quest will begin. An Unlikely Spell” for Anchazgar, the corpse is now placed near the entrance of the dungeon

Most of the dungeon mini-bosses use ice magic and stalhrim The trials are 4 obligatory mini-bosses to face; you need to defeat each of them to obtain their key Before the Temple of Ankarith 3 dragons will face you in an open area (you can ignore them) Ankarith the Forgotten will be the last boss of the temple; it uses lightning spells

A dark and mysterious cave with a dark secret. The crypt lies west of Bloodlet Throne. Hidden within this catacomb was the Tomb of Ingulfrid who was once a powerful dark mage queen who now lies buried and locked away for centuries. Only the most powerful warrior will dare to venture into this forbidden tomb and claim its prize or his life.

A small group of treasure hunters made camp on an old Nordic ruin southeast of Ivarstead in search of treasures. Little did they know that this decrepit crypt was cursed. Folk says they saw dark entities wandering about within this mysterious ruin. You are Dragonborn and such things don’t fear you. Head there and find out the fate of those men.

A mysterious group of warlocks headed by a vicious leader has taken over an abandoned imperial prison tower at the far south of Rorikstead (Tower located southeast of Lost Valley Redoubt). Legend has it that the powerful necromancer Vuldur bestowed upon his devoted disciple, Nauzhul the Soulkeeper, a powerful staff capable of imprisoning souls. His resting place is said to be beneath that very tower. It’s only a matter of time before they will unlock it and claim its mighty weapon. It is up to you to get there and stop their devious plan before it’s too late.

Bereshal Grove - at the far west of Shor’s Stone lies an old misty cave with a mysterious old ruin hidden behind the raging waterfalls. Bandits have taken refuge here and are just waiting for their leader to arrive. Get there first before they retrieve an old powerful relic that has been buried for centuries.
Steep Chill Mine - A small group of bandits has found a secret tomb buried within an old mining cave northeast of Markarth. Head over there and see what they have found.
Ulfgrim’s Vault - An old dark crypt found at the far west of Solitude (Near west of Volskygge). This ruin holds a secret weapon buried beneath. Are you brave enough to retrieve it?
Fangmere Cave - On the far northeast of Markarth lies a dark misty troll cave with a hidden tomb buried beneath. Treasures and exploration await fellow travelers.
Bashskull Retreat - a small mining cave where a group of bandits resides and unknowingly a powerful relic was hidden beneath this old cave. The cave can be found northeast of Riften.
Gierhall Barrow - on the far south of Morthal lies an ancient tomb where a powerful Nord warrior was buried. Seek his tomb and claim the relic weapon he once wielded.
Fahl Mzund - A powerful weapon hidden away in an ancient dwemer ruin southeast of Dawnstar is yours to claim if you dare to venture its depths and face the automatons that guard it.
White Frigid Cave - A group of bandits has ventured into the Tomb of Hokimir to retrieve a powerful weapon. You must journey to the southwest of Kagrenzel where the tomb lies at the depths of the frigid cave before they’ll get it first.
Inkhaznd - a frozen dwemer ruin found southeast of Ivarstead near Froki’s Shack. It’s a large frozen dungeon with a valley of its own and a cavern with a house to own and relax. Bandits have overrun it, so watch out for them while exploring the dungeon.
Rootmire Keep - (Quest) an abandoned imperial prison south of Rorikstead now overrun by spriggans has taken the interest of a druid necromancer and has taken over and is about to perform an unholy ritual beneath the grotto.
Bonemist Crypt- An ancient ruin that holds a powerful amulet waiting for any brave adventurer to claim its power. This crypt is found North of Raven Rock in Solstheim.
Creshaw Hollow - A ruined crypt near Skaal Village, east of Solstheim. This old crypt once held a gateway to Vominheim used before by Lord Valdgar during his siege on the Temple of Vuldur but now it lies in shamble.
Dreadmere Crypt- On the far Southwest of White Ridge Barrow in Solstheim lies a Nordic ruin where brave men wager on a treasure hunt and never come back. It is said an ancient evil slumbered among the darkest depths of the catacomb. Peril or not yet treasure hunters would still explore the ruin seeking fortune. Head in and experience the fate of the treasure hunters.
Rheogur’s Tower - Far away on the eastern side of Solstheim stands an old tower where the tomb of Lord Rheogur lies buried.
Sirkgar’s Rest- A small crypt west of Skaal Village has been occupied by bandits in search of the weapon called “Raedsel” (Danish word for horror/terror). Venture the crypt and claim that weapon before they do.
